Cocker Spaniels

Cocker Spaniels

The Cocker Spaniel is a small, intelligent, affectionate breed. These dogs enjoy keeping themselves busy, exploring fields and hedges and may also retrieve items from around the home.

They make great pets as they’re fairly easy to train and love companionship.

Our Cocker Spaniels are pedigree dogs bred for working. Ideally, you should have a garden at your home to allow them space to play and explore. They require daily exercise, so you need to consider whether you’ll be able to make this commitment.  However, bringing a Cocker Spaniel into you life can be fun and rewarding.

The Cocker may not be suitable for some allergies as they do shed. They have a medium length coat and require daily grooming. A typical lifespan is more than 10 years. We have them B.V.A eye tested and Gonioscopy and DNA tested for P.R.A progressive retinal atrophy)

Do you think a Cocker Spaniel is the right dog for you? Then why not come and meet the puppies we have at Pexwillow Dogs? We hope to see you soon!

Our beautiful Cockapoo puppy, Olive, is almost one year old now. She is fun, friendly, obedient and an absolute delight. Many people ask us where we got her from as she has such a wonderful temperament and is such a fantastic little girl and we tell them Pexall Farm.

I had my first Yorkie from you 16 years ago . I have never looked back and came again when dear Bronte was in advanced age. Now we have Milly her relative and she is doing just fine.

We had Maya, a working cocker spaniel from you in May 2008 followed by Ruby, her niece, in November 2009. They are wonderfully fun dogs with a great nature & are the best of friends. Sadly my husband is refusing to return for puppy number 3! I will continue to keep working on him!
